Mustafa Akça

Mustafa Akça has joined STAR Refinery Project in 2013. During his career in this greenfield project, he participated in Engineering phase followed by commissioning and normal operation periods. Now he is Operations Manager and takes responsibility of Crude & Vacuum, Delayed Coker, Hydrocracker and Hydrogen Units. He also facilitated Operational Readiness Program implemented for all functional groups. Prior to joining STAR, he worked in refining industry in Operations and Process functional groups. He has more than 13 years of experience in which he implemented Process Safety, Integrity and Reliability, Asset Management programs. Mustafa holds a BSc degree in Chemical Engineering and MSc degree in Engineering Management.
