Ron Chittim

Ron Chittim is Vice President of Downstream Policy at the American Petroleum Institute. Ron has a 30-year record of progressive achievement and responsibility on API public policy and advocacy and, in his position, Ron is responsible for managing the policy development and implementation in the fuels, marketing and refining sectors of the oil and gas industry. Specific policy issues include health, environment, safety, climate change, federal & state fuels requirements, standards and certifications. Ron holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Wyoming.
