Mark Carter

As well as 12 years as a plant engineer with BP both operating and trouble-shooting plant, Mark has also spent time carrying out research into alternative energies and managing laboratory/quality facilities. 

For the 25 years following these endeavours, Mark has been the Managing Director of RAP International and is now the Consulting Business Development Director for Yokogawa RAP.

During this time, Mark has personally analysed scores of Control of Work systems and become expert in their improvement and is the original developer of the RAP System for Safe Control of Work & Risk Assessment.
